As tweeted by the artist himself on July 26, 2021, Ladipo Eso popularly known as Ladipoe or simply Poe is indeed “A product of perseverance and timing”. The rapper, singer, songwriter and self-proclaimed “Leader of The Revival” signed a record deal with Mavin Records in February 2017, but he had a major break in the Nigerian music scene in 2019 when he released his hit single, “Know You” featuring Simi. The single earned Ladipoe No.1 on Apple Music and iTunes Top 100 chart and won the 2021 Headies Award for Best Collaboration. His latest single, “Feeling” featuring Buju became the most streamed song in Nigeria as of July 2021 with 1.65 million streams.
