The Youtube Top 10 Nigeria Music Videos celebrates the first ten music videos in Nigeria with the highest number of views in the year.
As the year draws to an end, YouTube Nigeria a few days ago released the Top 10 most viewed videos in Nigeria, 202. See the list below of artists whose songs made it to the YouTube Nigeria Top ten videos:
10. La La by Davido featuring young Star Ckay. The track was released off his latest album “A Better Time” album which has gathered about 8.5 million views since its release date in April 2021.

9. ‘The Best’ by Davido featuring his record label act Mayorkun. The track is the seventh on the list of his 2020 album “A Better Time”. The video was released earlier this year and now has over 9.2 million views on YouTube.

8. Gospel artist Nathaniel Bassey’s Hallelujah Challenge Praise Medley makes it to the list with over 15 million views. The video was released earlier this year in celebration of the customary Hallelujah Challenge anchored by the artist.

7. For You by Teni featuring Davido makes it to number seven on the Top 10 music videos this year. Teni produced this track shortly after dropping her single “Jo”. ‘For You’ is produced by Pheelz and currently has over 15 million views on YouTube.

6. Jehovah Overdo by Gospel singer and Ex Project Fame Star Chidinma earlier this year and is currently at number six with over 16 million views.

5. Bounce by Jonzing World signee Ruger made it to number 5 on the list. Ruger who adorned his fans earlier this year with the song bounce taken off his debut extended play “Pandemic”, later released the video a few months after and currently, it has about 18 million views on YouTube.

4. Omah Lay first solo release of 2021 Understand whose video was released a few months back has gathered about 24 million views on YouTube.

3. Ginger by Wizkid and Burna Boy is listed at number three. The track is the second track off his “Made In Lagos” album and the music video has about 27 million views currently.

2. Running To You by Chike and Simi is second on the list. The initial song was on his album “Boo of the Booless” released earlier in the year 2020. He thereafter did a remix in celebration of Valentine season with sensational singer Simi. This remix increased the audience of the already famous song “Running to You” and currently has over 32 million views.

- Essence by Wizkid ft. Tems was released this year in the Month of April and has been dominating the music scenes with so much recognition and awards; it ranked best song in 2021 by Rolling Stone, it won best collaboration at the 2021 Soul Trains Awards and many more. The track was produced by his record label Starboy Entertainment and has about 53 million views.
